Pretty Bird and Nest Brooch

This little brooch is a marriage of two parts. The main brooch dates from the Victorian period. It’s set with sparky paste stones and has a small sculpted swallow in the centre. I have made a small silver case which houses a hand painted nest. The nest contains three tiny blue eggs and is edged with tiny white flowers.
The brooch has a simple c clasp.
This is a unique one of a kind piece.
